Join a Committee

 Board of Directors

The Board of Directors manages UtABA's business affairs and oversees the Ad Hoc Committees and ensures that the UtABA mission is carried out. The Board is made up of member elected officials including a President, President-elect, Past-President, Secretary/Treasurer, two at-large Members and two non-voting student representatives.

Public Relations

Our Public Relations is responsible for keeping our community and members informed of happenings, events and issues that relate to behavior analysis in Utah through our website, social media and email updates. Public Relations facilitates engagement from members, encourages member feedback, and recruitment of new members.

Professional Development

Our Professional Development Committee provides educational opportunities for behavior analysts.  They are responsible for putting on the UtABA Annual Conference and quarterly webinars.  They help to ensure that behavior analysts in Utah have opportunities to further their education and get continuing education credits.

Public Policy

The Public Policy Committee advocates for behavior analysis practitioners and educators in Utah through staying up to date on legislation and issues that affect behavior analysis.

School Collaboration

Building collaborative relationships between BCBA's and Utah schools by promoting the use of evidence-based and ethical behavioral analytic practices.

Student Committee

The student committee provides support to UtABA student members in promoting professional growth and dissemination of behavior analysis. Members are enrolled in full time or part time behavior analytic program.
