Job Duties:Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be working closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide support and guidance to clients. Sign-on Bonus Full and Part-time positions available Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to) Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development for each client on their caseload Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans Job Requirements: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA Minimum of two years work experience providing ABA therapy preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes Have Basic Life Support certification, or willing to complete training within 30 days of hire Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
