Clinical Director of ABA

Qualifications: 

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred -Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written) -Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team. -Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds. -Must pass background check.

WE OFFER: 1. Competitive Pay & Annual Raises: We value your dedication, and your salary reflects your education, experience, and contribution to our organization. The pay range for this position is $ 90,000 - 110,000 per year. With annual evaluations, you'll always feel supported, motivated, and challenged. 2. Bonus Incentives: Exceed billable goals and earn an additional $30 per hour for every billable hour worked over the minimum goal, potentially reaching $70 per hour! 3. Paid Time Off: Enjoy 2 ½ weeks of PTO in your first year, with accrual starting on day one, and increasing based on your tenure. 4. Job Duties:

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.
