Who are we looking for? ·

Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation · We hire new graduates and experienced BCBAs · BCBA certification or in the process of receiving certification · 1-year experience working as a behavior instructor implementing ABA interventions with children with autism spectrum disorder · 1-year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training caregivers and instructors how to implement these interventions · Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB, PRT · Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA

 

What would you do?

Design and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays -Train staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans -Conduct face-to-face supervision for patients in assigned region -Conduct patient’s team meetings to update the patient’s treatment plan and to support behavior technicians and caregivers on the team -Assess the patient’s treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each patient’s treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measured -Write initial assessments and progress reports -Attending IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the patient’s present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals -Consult with caregivers and school personnel -Perform other job duties, as assigned

Qualifications: BCBA certification LBA certification in Utah; Out-of-state BCBAs will receive support in obtaining Utah licensure 3+ years' experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents Ability to provide positive direction, support, and training to behavior technicians Proficiency at organizing and managing work tasks and schedule, and meeting assigned deadlines Experience developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for ABA therapy. Qualifications: BCBA Licensure in State of Utah

Behavior Support Analyst duties:

Assisting in the development and implementation of assessment tools. Conducting functional assessments and analysis when appropriate. Developing behavior plans/treatment plans with a focus on reducing problematic behaviors. Teaching appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors. The Ideal Candidate Our applicant of choice is: Licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Utah. Experience working two or more years with intellectually disabled individuals. Experience working two or more years as a Behavior Support Analyst. Certified as a BCBA supervisor and has completed supervision specific training.

Other Information:

Earn a Total Compensation Package valued at an average of $100,000 in your first year of employment. Total compensation in an estimate of salary and benefit costs based on policy data; it is not a reflection of actual compensation paid from the State Payroll System and on your paycheck.
