Job Duties:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts functional assessments of challenging behaviors and designs comprehensive treatment and behavior intervention plans to meet individual and family needs. The BCBA trains and provides clinical supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and treatment implementation.

Adult Ability Center Pay: Range starts at $75,000 annually (pay is calculated based on years of licensed experience) $5,000 Retention Sign-on!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Role Highlights: Unique opportunity to support adults with Autism in-clinic and day program setting. No evenings or weekends! No in-home support - all services are offered in center and occasionally in the community. Collaborative team with clinical support from BCBA's and LCSW.
