Job Duties: Assist with individualized assessment (i.e. curriculum-based, developmental, social skills), functional assessment, and preference assessment procedures Provide direct support to students by teaching and implementing behavior interventions, as designed by the Behavior Specialist and IEP Team Provide direct support to staff by introducing and modeling interventions Provide direct support to students by teaching social curriculum Coordinate with Behavior Specialist and school staff to implement behavior curriculum Coordinate with Behavior Specialist and school staff to develop and implement intervention plans Coordinate with Behavior Specialist and school staff to develop and implement crisis/safety plans Track, collect data and coordinate with Behavior Specialist to help determine the effectiveness of behavior plans Maintain data graphs, and regularly update progress monitoring Assist other personnel in the completion of their work activities as needed Respond to emergency situations (i.e. behavior crisis, injured student, fights, seizures, etc.) for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns Monitor student’s attendance and disciplinary data (i.e. office referrals, suspensions, etc.) Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and workplace reporting requirements (i.e. mandatory abuse and neglect reporting), as well as requirements for data collection, storage and transportation Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain or improve performance accordingly Maintain professional boundaries (i.e. avoid dual relationships, conflicts of interest, social media contacts)
Salary: $23,000 per year

Qualifications: Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation. BCBA certification or in the process of receiving certification. 1-year experience working as a behavior instructor implementing ABA interventions with children with autism spectrum disorder. 1-year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training caregivers and instructors how to implement these interventions. Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB, PRT. Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA.
Job Duties: Design and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. Train staff, caregivers, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans. Conduct face-to-face supervision for patients in assigned regions. Conduct patient’s team meetings in order to update the patient’s treatment plan and to support behavior technicians and caregivers on the team. Assess the patient’s treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each patient’s treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measured. Write initial assessments and progress reports. Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present the patient’s present level of performance, progress on current goals, and proposed goals. Consult with caregivers and school personnel. Perform other job duties, as assigned.
